If you are worried about a snake at home,

remain calm and relax.

Snakes are far more afraid of you. If startled they just want to be left alone to go about their business. Given the chance a snake will always instinctively try to avoid human contact and look for somewhere to escape or hide.

If possible keep your children, pets and livestock away.

This will not only keep your children and animals safe, it will allow the snake to be the least threatened and less likely to behave in a defensive or unpredictable manner.

Call Eurobodalla Snake Catcher 24/7 on 0404 110 368.

Watch the snake from the safest distance possible.

This will allow you to keep an eye on where the snake is hiding or moving towards. When we arrive you can then direct us to the snake for its professional capture and removal.

Brendan has always had an inquisitive interest in snakes, reptiles and the outdoors from a young age. He has an extremely strong passion for Australia’s endemic snake and reptile species along with all other species of Australian fauna and flora. His main objective is to promote community (Awareness, Education and Conservation) through facts, behavioural evidence and ecology to help change the public’s sometimes distorted view and perspective on snakes and the bad reputation they are given through fear, misunderstanding and false information. This is what has led Brendan into the snake catching and relocation profession.
